| After spending eight years as a realtor and partner in a successful real estate firm in Osoyoos, I moved into the mortgage financing industry as I felt the client was being under served by the banks and credit unions. I moved to Kamloops in 2000 with my wife and two children as we expanded the company to a number of new communities throughout the BC interior. As not only a mortgage broker, but also as the owner of the company, my business philosophy has been to work by referral. My goal during the transaction is to provide the client with excellent service because I build my business by referral. You see, as long as I am delivering excellent service to the client, I would hope that would mean they would have no hesitation in referring me to your family, friends, and co-workers.
